Client Communication Policy
At The Anyere Law Firm, LLC, we take communication with our clients seriously. Accordingly, we have different methods to communicate with our clients, such as telephone, email, voice mail, letter, and fax. Our clients and potential clients can also contact us through our website or Facebook page. Moreover, in-person and virtual meetings are available to our clients. While we desire to respond to clients’ concerns and needs promptly and conveniently, we also need time to work on cases, represent clients in court and at interviews, attend client appointments in the office, and participate in seminars and training. Therefore, the Attorney may not always be available to answer phone calls and respond to clients’ concerns immediately.
However, our staff can handle most routine concerns and inquiries, but for inquiries demanding the attention of an attorney, Mr. Anyere will try to return phone calls and respond to emails between 5-6 pm on the same business day or within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response from us within 48 hours, please try to submit another inquiry.
It is our priority to keep all your information confidential and secure. At The Anyere Law Firm, LLC, we make reasonable efforts to ensure electronic privacy, but we urge all our clients to avoid sending any sensitive or confidential questions, or information via email or other non-secure channels.
Note that all phone calls outside business hours and weekends are strongly discouraged as you may not receive any response until the next business day. Our business hours are between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
